| I have been using Sam's team for 15 years...they always tell me when I do NOT need something done and present alternatives for me to choose as needed. They shoot straight and tell it like it is....much unlike manufacturer service departments. In short, these guys are old school trustworthy straight shooters with no agenda. |

| We have taken our cars to Marina Shell for over five years now and every time they give us confidence that they will take care of the routine service or concerns. This past week we had a flat on the 405 North. Call AAA and they helped with switching out the flat and putting on the spare. Called Marina Shell and told them we were coming to drop off the car for new tires. They reassured us that all would be fine and then took us to the car rental to pick up a car to get to our destination. They are 5 star! |
